Integrity assessments to known standards such as ASME and API, e.g. API 579-1, are carried out by experts and can be done in areas such as cracks, corrosion, erosion and creep service assessments. We have proven experience in providing world class availability figures for complex equipment such as boilers and turbines with reduced capital expenditure as a result. We also use a condition based approach using process data and physical plant data (e.g. strategically placed sensors for HP Pipework) for predictive maintenance. Our complex statistical risk models for financial analysis is input into life of plant plans for planning purposes.
We carry out process optimization and control. We have proven expertise in process equipment selection, combustion optimization, process control and instrumentation. We have dedicated data analytics using the business network initially and complex algorithms for process anomalies and to detect false trip signals that is written into the DCS.
